Update 2

For those not following along please see below earlier postings.

Ok the start of the 1/8 inch ball tool. you will start to notice a tremendous amount of detail starting to show. note the bottom left corner is completed versus the upper part.

This was with the 1/4 ball

This the 1/8 ball, bounce back and forth between these two images a couple times.

sorry I think the following image is a bit blurry no need to adjust your vision

Ok one with flash now. I hate how it washes out stuff with flash you may see better detail though.
bottom left corner is cut the rest not. tool is moving at 45 degree angle across the part

See the detail yet?

versus this?

how about the Z-level or vertical contours?

send me an email if for no other reason to say Hi.

Bear Paws?

Just something to do with some hunks of wood. Hang them or use as a paperweight.

I hope you can see that only one is finished and the others are not yet.

I can make then as small as a couple inches or as larger as a tree trunk. You decide.

Cherry Tooth Fairy boxes

Over the years my mini tooth boxes have been popular and we have sold hundreds of them,
This is a slighter larger version of the theme.

These are held closed with magnets.

These are right off the machine with magnets inserted and need to be sanded and finished yet.
Approx. 4 inches by 3 inches by 1.5 inches tall when closed.
Larger enough to hold a folded dollar bill from the tooth fairy.

Top surface is domed with engraving that holds a consistent depth from the domed surface.

Shoot me over an email and I can get one off for you too.

In the RUFF........ Just kidding

This is a raw aromatic cedar chunk. I was just messing around to see how something like this would turn out.

cedar mitered corners with purple heart inlay

small little box mainly for fun

You don't know how hard it is to find mitered corner lids inlaid with purple heart. I must have gone through 50 logs to find it......... grins.
