Osage Orange and Lignum Vitae box

I have always wanted to machine Osage before but just never found it anywhere.

I figured to mate it with Lignum Vitae one of the hardest most dense woods in the world (does not float) with one of the most dense woods that grows in this country.

 

 

I had this piece of Lignum around for a couple years. I have since decided I would not purchase any more of it as no one is planting these trees anymore. 

So once all mine is gone, its gone.
